**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our dynamic team in Chennai. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring their successful delivery within defined timelines, scope, and budget. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks.
- Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and schedule project timelines.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and logs.
- Good experience working with ITSM tool.

**Qualification**:

- Any UG/PG degree with 2+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
