We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator/BDE to join our dynamic team.
- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in planning and defining project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines and goals are met.
- **Resource Allocation and Management**:

- Allocate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) for project tasks and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
- **Client Communication and Updates**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including status reports, project reviews, and planning sessions.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Help resolve project issues, escalating them when necessary, to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,378.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
