**Field Operations and Intelligence**

**Role Brief**:
The Field Ops & Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing field units in a specific region/ campaign, ensuring seamless execution of operations. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and collaborating with the Head of Operations to meet strategic goals. The role requires immediate intent of joining.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Guide and mentor reporting field units to achieve operational excellence.
- **Monitor**: Develop and monitor weekly and monthly operational plans, while and conduct regular performance management of the unit.
- **Intelligence**: Analyze field reports, competitor activities, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making at the leadership level.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- **Manage Campaigns**: Streamline campaign execution through the reporting unit and by liaising with vendors, other stakeholders etc.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Experience in field operations, sales, or campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in Tamil and a good understanding of English.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
