We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and alignment
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze business performance and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
