Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Kolkata.
Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of Bobcat Doosan
, is seeking an experienced and target-driven
Sales Manager
to lead sales of
Bobcat Backhoe Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders
in the assigned territory. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing dealer and key customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in compact construction equipment sales, excellent negotiation skills, and hands-on exposure to Bobcat machines with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of
    Compact Construction Equipment Products
    , and application-based selling.
  • Proven track record in
    Backhoe Loader / Skid Steer Loader sales
    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage dealer networks and key accounts independently.
  • High level of commercial acumen and target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum
    6–10 years of total sales experience
    , with at least
    4–5 years in compact construction equipment sales
    .
  • Hands-on experience in handling
    Backhoe Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders
    is mandatory.

    As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and performance.
