Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling electrical products, solutions, and services to clients across industries. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, combined with excellent sales and communication skills to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  1. Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable electrical products/solutions.

  2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.

  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.

  4. Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  5. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.

  6. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  1. 2–5 years of experience in sales of electrical products, equipment, or solutions (switchgear, transformers, panels, cabling, power systems, etc.).

  2. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and industrial applications.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  6. Willingness to travel as per business needs.
