Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executives to join our growing team and drive our market presence across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads and opportunities within the assigned territory in West Bengal.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, retailers, Electric Vehicle manufacturers, and end-users.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the technical and economic benefits of Sanaka Lithium products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the lithium-ion battery market, including competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus).

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in field sales.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network of contacts in the automotive, electrical in West Bengal is a significant advantage.

Proficient in Bengali, Hindi and English.

What We Offer

  • For Freshers: INR 1.5 lakhs CTC.
  • For Experienced Professionals: A salary of up to INR 5.5 Lakhs CTC.
