**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing accounts, and ensuring product or service sales targets are met. The role requires frequent travel, customer visits, and maintaining a high level of customer service to achieve sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Prospect new clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and prices, and close sales contracts effectively.
- **Market Research**: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in [industry type].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
