- Team management: Recruiting and training sales staff, setting sales targets for individuals and teams, and monitoring team performance
- Customer relationship management: Understanding customer needs, building long-term relationships, and ensuring customer loyalty
- Sales strategy: Developing sales strategies and increasing business opportunities
- Sales analysis: Compiling and analyzing sales figures, and interpreting data
- Market research: Collecting customer feedback and market research, and keeping up to date with competitors
- Leadership: Motivating teams to achieve goals, and providing the support and resources they need
- Communication: Providing clear instructions to staff, both verbally and in writing

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
