**Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG**

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets in the designated region.
- **Market Penetration**: Develop strategies to increase market share and distribution of FMCG products.
- **Distributor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
- **Promotional Activities**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive product visibility.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with key clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer behavior.
- **Location**: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
