We are now looking for a Founder's Staff professional who will work directly with the Founder's Office to execute high-impact projects, drive strategic initiatives, and accelerate organizational growth.

Role Overview:
The Founder's Staff acts as the right hand to the Founder, ensuring seamless alignment of priorities, execution of business strategies, and oversight of critical projects. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and discretion to work on sensitive, high-stakes matters.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Work closely with the Founder to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives.

2) Manage cross-functional projects spanning real estate, technology, and client services.

3) Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations.

4) Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

5) Support in investor relations, business development, and client engagement.

6) Drive operational efficiency and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

7) Prepare reports, presentations, and communication material for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
1) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

2) 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment, strategy, or high-growth startups.

3) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

4) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

5) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

6) Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to adapt and take ownership.
