Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our academic research services, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Generate and manage leads through follow-ups and proper communication.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth process flow.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to company protocols.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English (regional language is a plus).
- Strong listening and convincing skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Freshers & experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.
