We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records including journals, ledgers, and bank statements
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls
  • Support auditing processes by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or finance experience
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
