Role Summary

Own revenue end-to-end. Build a cash-generating, predictable sales machine across
1) Retail store sales 2) B2B 3) Hamper/Gifting 4) Tie-ups/Alliances 5) White-labelling 6) Aggregators (Zomato/Swiggy) 7) Corporate sales
, while continuously discovering new channels. Lead strategy

execution, set targets, build team, drive conversions, and protect margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership
  • Create channel-wise GTM plans with monthly targets, pricing, offers & promos.
  • Build a rolling 90-day sales calendar (seasonal events: Rakhi, Diwali, Weddings).
  • Own P&L levers: pricing, discounts, AOV, repeat rate, CAC, payback, margins.
  • Channel Playbooks
  • Retail Store Sales:
    Footfall programs, menu engineering, combos/ATV growth, VM, local partnerships, in-store CRM & WhatsApp.
  • B2B/Corporate:
    Prospect CXOs/HR/Procurement, pitch decks, rate cards, SLAs, annual calendars, retention programs.
  • Hamper/Gifting:
    Planner & venue partnerships, catalogue & sampling engine, fast TAT proposals, enterprise order handling.
  • Tie-ups/Alliances:
    Banquets, planners, venues, co-brands—commission structures and joint promos.
  • White Labelling:
    Build B2B edible supply line with MOQs, SOPs, pricing, contracts.
  • Aggregators:
    Go-live multi-location, menu curation, photos, ads, ratings, ops SLAs.
  • Pipeline & Systems
  • Implement & enforce CRM (Bigin): 100% lead capture,
