Role Summary
Own revenue end-to-end. Build a cash-generating, predictable sales machine across

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership
- Create channel-wise GTM plans with monthly targets, pricing, offers & promos.
- Build a rolling 90-day sales calendar (seasonal events: Rakhi, Diwali, Weddings).
- Own P&L levers: pricing, discounts, AOV, repeat rate, CAC, payback, margins.
- Channel Playbooks
- Retail Store Sales:
Footfall programs, menu engineering, combos/ATV growth, VM, local partnerships, in-store CRM & WhatsApp. - B2B/Corporate:
Prospect CXOs/HR/Procurement, pitch decks, rate cards, SLAs, annual calendars, retention programs. - Hamper/Gifting:
Planner & venue partnerships, catalogue & sampling engine, fast TAT proposals, enterprise order handling. - Tie-ups/Alliances:
Banquets, planners, venues, co-brands—commission structures and joint promos. - White Labelling:
Build B2B edible supply line with MOQs, SOPs, pricing, contracts. - Aggregators:
