Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and qualified
Sports Coaches

to join our team. The ideal candidate will
deliver structured sports training in schools, ensure holistic student development, and promote
a culture of discipline, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct structured training sessions for students across age groups.
  • Teach and develop skills in one or more sports as per the curriculum.
  • Identify and nurture talent for inter-school competitions.
  • Ensure discipline, safety, and inclusivity during all sessions.
  • Work closely with school staff and PlayBeyond program managers to track student progress.
  • Inspire students to participate actively in sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum
    state-level playing experience

in chosen sport(s).
- Relevant coaching certifications (preferred: NIS, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills;
proficiency in English is mandatory

- Ability to engage with children and create a positive, motivating learning environment.
- Passion for sports and student development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience teaching or coaching in schools.
  • Multi-sport coaching ability.
  • Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention.
