Job Title: Inside Sales Intern Location: Whitefield,Bangalore Company: nHRMS Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship Join Date: Immediate About Us: At NHRMS, we empower organizations to streamline their HR processes with our robust and scalable Human Resource Management Systems. As a rapidly growing firm, we are looking for passionate sales Intern to set the team. Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results -driven Inside Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and technology to kickstart their career in the SaaS/HR tech space. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings. ● Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit for nHRMS solutions. ● Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and activity details. ● Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close meetings. ● Support the sales team with campaign execution and market research. ● Assist in creating and presenting demo pitches to prospective clients. ● Report daily/weekly metrics to the sales manager. Requirements: ● Must be located near Whitefield, Bangalore, and available to join immediately. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Passion for sales, customer engagement, and technology. ● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast -paced environment. ● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. ● Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
