Job Overview

digiCloud Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce environments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between technology and business using Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, with "Requirements Gathering,, Business Analysis" as mandatory skills that are essential for this role.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and outcomes.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments for optimal solutions.
  • Demonstrated skill in process mapping to visualize workflows for identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies.
  • Competence in designing efficient workflow processes, aligned to meet business requirements and enhance productivity.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly express ideas and expectations across different levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives related to Salesforce.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.
  • Guide the design and development of Salesforce solutions that cater to business requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Create detailed system documentation, user manuals, and workflows to facilitate smooth user adoption and system functionality.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss project statuses, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance processes and validation of Salesforce implementations meet user requirements and performance standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they leverage Salesforce capabilities to the fullest.
