Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Solar Design, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Manager Solar Design will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of solar projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role includes coordinating with various stakeholders, reviewing and approving technical designs, conducting site assessments, and driving continuous improvement in solar design processes. Additionally, the Manager will be tasked with providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solar system design and project management
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other related tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for solar projects
  • Ability to conduct site assessments and generate technical reports
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
