Job Title: Solar PV Technician Installer

**Job Description**:
The Solar PV Technician Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role involves working with a team to ensure the successful implementation of solar energy projects, adhering to safety standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install Solar PV Systems: Perform site assessments, layout design, and installation of solar PV panels, inverters, mounting structures, and associated electrical components according to project specifications.

2. Electrical Wiring: Connect solar panels to electrical systems, inverters, and utility grids, ensuring proper wiring, grounding, and compliance with local electrical codes.

3. System Testing: Conduct testing and commissioning of solar PV systems to verify proper operation, including voltage measurements, insulation resistance tests, and performance evaluations.

4. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar PV systems, including electrical faults, equipment malfunctions, and performance deficiencies, and implement appropriate repairs.

5. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning panels, inspecting connections, and replacing defective components, to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including site assessments, equipment specifications, and warranty information, and provide detailed reports to project managers and stakeholders.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe handling of tools and equipment, and awareness of potential hazards on job sites.

8. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving practices, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in solar energy systems preferred.
- Experience in electrical work, construction, or related fields, with a strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices.
- Knowledge of solar PV technology, components, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in solar PV installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
