**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems as per design specifications.
- Coordinate and ensure timely procurement of materials and solar components.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and laborers during installation.
- Conduct site assessments and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to electrical connections, system performance, or structural integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and site reports.
- Liaise with project managers, vendors, and clients as required.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in solar installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy components (inverters, batteries, mounting structures, etc.).
- Experience in material planning and vendor coordination.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 per day

Schedule:
