CLIENT:
Our client is a bulk
transporter of coal across locations by rail, road and sea. It services, thermal power station,railways, paper mills, cement plants and other industrial customers both in India & Abroad.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEASONED CONTRACT & TENDERING PROFESSIONAL BASED AT BENGALURU WHO WILL ACT AS A SPOC AND REPRESENT THE GROUP HEADQUARTERED IN KOLKATA.
Key Drivers:
- Establish and maintain strong network with Government clients in Karnataka for tapping the business potential for tenders in infrastructure,Railways,Urban Transportation,EPC Contracts,Highways & Roads,Metro rail, Ports,Airports etc.
- Empanelment in various Government / PSU/ State Departments/Ministries.
- Issuance of tenders, preparation of Technical & Commercial Bids,ensuring timely submission,tender negotiation, award of work and contract finalization.
- Lead commercial correspondences covering delay notices, EOT, claims, and Contract clause interpretation, LOA review, price variations, rate revisions. and agreement execution.
Incumbent Profile:
- Senior Govt/ PSU Sales & Contract-Commercial Leader with 15 years of experience in power, railways and large infrastructure projects in Karnataka.
- Proven expertise in contract interpretation, commercial strategy, claims management, billing, bank guarantees,securing time extensions, rate enhancement etc.
- Contract management including correspondence handling,.deep understanding of contract clauses, risk management, and commercial documentation.
- Fluency in Kannada.
