What You'll Do

  • Assist in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads,
    campaigns to drive high-intent traffic & conversions
  • Own the
    marketing funnel
    — from ad click to conversion and retention
  • Build and optimize
    email + cold outreach campaigns
    for both B2C and B2B segments
  • Manage
    retargeting, and lead nurturing
    to maximise sales
  • Analyse performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, open rates) and continuously optimize
  • Collaborate with creative, product & sales teams to align on growth goals
  • Social media marketing - Handle BoostGrad's Social media and work with content creation team to increase engagement on BoostGrad's social media.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in getting ROAS in
    paid ads - google ads, meta ads, linked in ads, whatsapp marketing, funnel optimization, and email marketing
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    , tracking, and attribution

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    EdTech or B2C services
  • Comfort with
    WhatsApp and in-app marketing funnels
  • Basic knowledge of Figma
