Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelancer HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate databases. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluating skills
  • Knowledge of various recruitment software and candidate management systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in maintaining a candidate database and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  • Previous experience in a freelance recruiting role is a plus
