Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and quick-learning fresh graduates to join our 24/7 Production Support team . This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing first-level support for critical applications. The position primarily covers night shifts to support global customers.

Reason of Change:

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 (L3) support for production systems, resolving complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 teams.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application and system issues using logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in incident management, including severity assessment, resolution, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Maintain and update support documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Perform code-level debugging and script development (SQL) to automate routine tasks and improve system reliability.
  • Support deployment activities, including validation, rollback planning, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.

Required Skills & Attributes:

We will provide training for technical aspects, but you should have the following basics

Good understanding of IT fundamentals (Operating Systems, Networking basics).

Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights) and weekends.
