Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SunGL and related applications within the agreed service window (EU time zone).
  • Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for application issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Utilize SQL and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Assist in responding to internal and external audit queries by supplying required application and configuration evidence.
  • Maintain documentation of application configurations, processes, and known issues.
  • Support change management and release processes as per organizational standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring, reporting, and application support.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools.
  • Experience in application support within financial/ERP environments preferred (e.g., SunGL, Vision).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles, journal entries, general ledger, and reporting.
