SunGL L2/L3 Support Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SunGL and related applications within the agreed service window (EU time zone).
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for application issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Utilize SQL and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.
- Assist in responding to internal and external audit queries by supplying required application and configuration evidence.
- Maintain documentation of application configurations, processes, and known issues.
- Support change management and release processes as per organizational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring, reporting, and application support.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools.
- Experience in application support within financial/ERP environments preferred (e.g., SunGL, Vision).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles, journal entries, general ledger, and reporting.
