Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced person for the senior position of VP Sales & Marketing at our firm.

Experience

  • Above 15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating sales with project specific leads.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits
  • Regular follow up with the clients till closure.
  • Coordinate between clients and company for up-to-date status regarding services, pricing and new product releases.
  • Create and report Sales MIS Reports.
  • Set, Plan and Reach Sales Targets
  • To build and enhance the company brand image internally and externally.
  • Organize and Participate in Events/ expo for sales and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with Chanel partners to drive sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to improve lead quality.

Skills

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • You have prior experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
  • You have successfully built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams
  • You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
  • You are a team player that thrives in helping others succeed
  • You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands- on

Education:

UG :Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing
