Job Summary: The Telecaller Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, serving as a vital link between our company and potential customers. This position involves effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive engagement experience. The Telecaller Executive is responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and assessing their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations, identifying potential prospects for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our offerings, ensuring a positive and informative interaction.
  • Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and successful customer interactions.

Educational Qualification: - Minimum 12th-grade completion is required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers, convey information clearly, and handle inquiries.
  • Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Capable of persuading potential customers and negotiating effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and maintaining customer records.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Target-Oriented: Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets for lead generation and customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹18,383.31 per month
