**Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to present company products and services
- Generating sales leads through cold calling and following up on warm leads
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer suitable product or service solutions
- Maintaining a database of potential and existing customers
- Explaining product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Recording details of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up on customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing is a plus
