Position Overview
Seeking a
Business Development Executive
with experience in BIM sales for global markets (ANZ, UK, Europe, NAM). The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and converting opportunities by showcasing the value of 3D–7D BIM to AEC professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify international leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand and present ECOMES' BIM and sustainability services to potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for 3D–7D BIM, LOD 100–500 modeling, and green building solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and schedule demos with the technical team.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Track progress using CRM tools and optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed on global AEC trends and represent the company at client meetings or events.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Architecture, or Engineering.
- 2–5 years of international B2B sales experience in AEC/BIM.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and LOD 100–500.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Flexible to work across global time zones (ANZ, UK, Europe, NAM).
