•Greet and direct clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling for attorneys and staff.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, document preparation, and
managing office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
· Any graduate (degree in any field).
· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
· Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and create a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors.
