  • Oversee and manage daily front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient client service at all times.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a high level of courtesy and confidentiality.
  • Supervise and train reception or front office staff, ensuring adherence to firm protocols and service standards.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room allocations for partners, associates, and clients.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to support client meetings, document signing, and case-related logistics.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage courier services, deliveries, and document dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and confidentiality policies.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, firm events, and conferences.
  • Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding coordination and office supplies management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
