• Handle inbound voice to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
• No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential .
• Communicate effectively in multiple languages to address customer needs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Should do cross-selling & Up-selling for existing customer .
• Should possess good convincing and sales skills.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
• Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks. —————————————————————————————————————————— Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve customer cases raised via email, app, website, voice and any other sources to full resolution. 2. De-escalate customer concerns, build rapport, and take full ownership of case resolution. 3. Understand and resolve queries by making outbound calls to the customer. 4. Call based resolution communication to customers and conduct post-resolution calls to customers to gather CSAT scores. 5. Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Required:
• Graduate in any stream (preferably English, Communications, Business or Arts)
• Prior experience in a customer support process by voice
• Exposure to EV, automotive, or tech-based customer journeys will be an added advantage
• Should display ownership, accountability, and consistency in written output Communication Competency Written:
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and comprehension
• Ability to interpret complex customer queries and craft clear, empathetic responses
• Strong grasp of tone,structure, and brand voice
• English Proficiency is a must
• Good Typing Speed Verbal:
• Clear articulation, neutral accent, and confidence in short, structured customer conversations when required Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Any Graduate (in any stream)
