Location: Kadubeesanahalli, marathahalli, Bengaluru 560103

Roles and Responsibilities:We are hiring International Voice Process Executives. Your primary role will involve handling customer calls from countries like the U.S. and Australia. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product and service-related queries.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Providing support through inbound and outbound calls.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Verbal Communication skills in English with frech and spanish (Level B2 and above)
• Strong Logical Reasoning and Analytical Thinking.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (U.S. shift hours).
