Role & responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation Focus on acquiring new customers while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation Identify and engage in relevant exhibitions, industrial zones, and online tenders to generate leads. Utilize digital platforms for outreach and lead generation.
  • Marketing Activities Execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and presence in the market.
  • Sales Reporting Prepare comprehensive sales revenue reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Market Research Conduct thorough market research to identify new applications, industry segments, and key decision-makers. Analyze and identify productive exhibitions and lead-generation opportunities.
  • Relationship Building Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Engagement Schedule regular customer visits and maintain daily trackers for follow-ups. Convert prospects into clients through consistent engagement and relationship management.
  • Field sales On-Ground Engagement Conduct field visits to clients and prospects to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Develop and implement territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Support Assist in the growth of team members through participation in sales. Facilitate regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales processes, and techniques.
  • Strategic Planning Prepare and monitor monthly and annual business plans, ensuring they align with overall company goals and objectives.
