Senior Manager/ Manager Sales - Tubes

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Senior Manager Sales & Marketing to support our Tubes Division, with a strong focus on the ERW Tubes industry. This role demands strategic oversight of both domestic and international markets, and is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth.

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales & marketing operations for the ERW Tubes Division across India and global markets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) is essential
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, specifically in the ERW tubes industry
  • Strong understanding of both domestic and international market dynamics
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
