Job Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt response and resolution to machine breakdowns and issues reported by production.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on all plastic welding machines and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on various types of plastic welding machines like ultrasonic welding machine, hot plate welding machine, spin welding machine etc.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and generate reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on proper machine operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on machine upgrades and modifications.

Qualifications

  • ITI or Diploma in Electronics Engineering
  • Some experience servicing and repairing machines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of plastic welding techniques and equipment
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Should have bike & license

The Service Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of plastic welding machines and minimizing downtime in the manufacturing process. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, field hands-on experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
