Job Title: Tender/GEM Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector projects.
  • Work on Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal for bid submissions, product listing, and documentation.
  • Identify relevant tenders and assess eligibility and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tender documentation, ensuring compliance with technical and financial criteria.
  • Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal departments for tender-related information.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, status, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely renewal and update of GEM registration and related certificates.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and quotation preparation.
  • Stay updated with changes in tendering procedures and GEM platform regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering and GEM portal handling
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
