**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit tenders on portals such as **IREPS, GeM, SRM, MES**.
- Manage all portal-related documentation, updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients for tender clarifications and submissions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs), including preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, client communications, BGs, and tender status.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Prepare executive reports and summaries for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in tender management, portal handling, and BG processing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Team player with strong coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple portals and BGs efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
