Corporate office -Vaishali Ghaziabad.

As a Tendering Engineer, you will analyze customer requirements, develop accurate project cost estimates, and prepare detailed project proposals. In addition, you will review technical specifications and drawings, liaise with suppliers and vendors, and provide technical support during the bidding phase.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field

3+ years of experience in tendering, estimating, or project management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in tendering, estimating, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Should handle Corporate/private tenders. Experience in the construction of Industrial Building Projects is an added bonus
- Calculating all quantities based on drawings for civil & MEP works.
- **All tendering work includes obtaining quotes from vendors, calculating item rates for all construction items in the BOQ, and performing project cost estimation.**:

- Monitor progress, coordinate projects MIS from sites, and perform cost control, cost monitoring, bill checking, and reconciliation for construction works.
- Checking Subcontractor bills prepared at the site.
- Knowledge in Auto Cad, MS Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,501.69 - ₹35,234.35 per month
