Search, track, and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals (like GEM, CPP, E-Tendering sites).
- Study tender documents thoroughly and understand project scope, eligibility, and requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments (engineering, finance, legal) to gather required documents.
- Prepare BOQs, compliance sheets, and other technical/financial documents as per tender guidelines.
- Prepare and submit pre-qualification (PQ), technical, and financial bids within deadlines.
- Manage tender documentation—scanning, printing, uploading, and maintaining records of submitted bids.
- Follow up with clients for clarification, corrigendum, or updates on submitted tenders.
- Maintain a database of tenders, awarded contracts, and submission statuses.
- Coordinate with management for final approval before submission.
- Assist in vendor registration and renewal of certificates like MSME, GST, ISO, etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
