Job Title: Facility Executive(FE) /Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) - Soft Services

Location: Gurgaon Sector 74

Department: Facility Management / Administration

Role Overview:

The Assistant Facility Manager Soft Services will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and upkeep of all soft services including housekeeping, pantry, front office, and other employee support functions at the facility. The role demands high service quality, strong vendor coordination, and a hospitality-driven approach to create a superior workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of housekeeping, pantry, front office, and support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service partners to ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks and SLAs.
  • Conduct daily inspections, prepare checklists, and track service performance.
  • Oversee uniform, grooming, and discipline standards of all on-site staff.
  • Manage consumables and housekeeping material inventory, ensuring optimal usage.
  • Address employee concerns related to soft services and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in planning and execution of internal events, client visits, and audits.
  • Support the Facility Manager in reporting, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory standards at the site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Facility Management (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-6 years in soft services operations, preferably in corporate, hospitality, or facility management sectors.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent people management and communication skills

  • Strong eye for detail and service quality
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and facility management reporting
