The Zonal Facility Head is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets, short-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior stake holders of various business units, coordination with other key managers and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Facility Management and Operations

  • To ensure Facility Maintenance and upkeep of office and branch infrastructure on an ongoing basis
  • To act as a single point of contact for the designated facilities (Branches and Offices) for all FM escalations.
  • Effective execution of R&M works as required
  • Ensure Incidents are managed and communicated as per the escalation matrix
  • Manage Service Requests within the TAT as per defined process and policy
  • Co-ordination with Space management Team on Seat Planning
  • Supervision of All Functional Areas Critical and Non-Critical
  • Govern Scrap and Waste Management
  • Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly checks as per defined process
  • Conduct Facility Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Mail Communication for all major events/activities. Fire Drill, Shutdown, Major Breakdowns

Service Partner - Vendor Management

  • Ensure Vendor Partner Deliverables
  • Ensure Monthly/quarterly Performance Review and Scoring

Finance and Procurement

  • Ensure Office Services, R&M, Capex and Special Budgets are managed effectively
  • Ensure Projections are done accurately
  • Follow up for the Purchase Orders and timely completion of the work
  • Ensure Invoicing is done within the timelines
