The Facility Executive will be responsible for managing the security supervisor, maintaining the housekeeping checklist, and budgeting for classroom and recreational consumables. The ideal candidate will ensure that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-equipped to support a conducive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: 1.Security Management: Oversee and manage the security supervisor to ensure the safety and security of the academy premises. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and address any vulnerabilities or issues promptly. 2.Housekeeping Oversight: Maintain and update the housekeeping checklist to ensure all areas of the academy are clean and hygienic. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and resolve any housekeeping issues. 3.Budgeting and Management of Consumables: Prepare and manage the budget for classroom consumables, including stationery, teaching aids, and other materials. Prepare and manage the budget for recreational consumables, ensuring that all recreational areas are well-equipped. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure cost-effective procurement. 4.Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the academy's facilities, ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions. 5.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular health and safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Promote a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience as a Facility Executive, Facility Manager, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of facility management principles and best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with budgeting and inventory management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Location:Hyderabad Job Type:Full-Time
