Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Officer located in Ramnagar. The Senior Human Resources Officer will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, create job descriptions, and oversee general HR management tasks. The role involves fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the organization's HR operations align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in retail or similar industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
