Qualifications A strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practicesExpertise in Benefits Administration and HR ManagementExperience managing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with the ability to ensure complianceExceptional organizational and communication skillsProficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in an HR contextBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in luxury or high-end brand environments is a plus
