(www.classmonitor.com)Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Indore. The role includes leading recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws, overseeing onboarding, training, and performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will also support employee engagement and identify opportunities for organisational improvement.Location - Near Satya Sai Square, Indore, M.P.Salary - Up to 30,000/- per monthImmediate Joiner PreferredQualifications & RequirementStrong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningProficiency in Employee Relations, Policy Development, and Compliance with labour laws and regulationsAdvanced skills in Onboarding, Training, and Performance ManagementProven track record in Employee Engagement and Conflict ResolutionStrong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentGraduation or Post-Graduation in Human ResourcesMinimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
