Position: IT Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Day (Sat-Sun fixed off)

Work Mode: Onsite

Education: BTech (any stream), BCA, MCA, or any other qualification with a technical background.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and internal databases
  • Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview processes, and feedback
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly targets
