Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Coordinator with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of end-to-end training coordination, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely and seamless execution of training programs. This role requires someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who can confidently interact with stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and trainers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records, feedback, and documentation.
- Coordinate the development of training materials and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Handle stakeholder queries with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational training standards and policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to get work done independently.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in coordinating and managing corporate training programs.
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
