Ops / Finance / Admin Associate

We are looking for a young/enthusiastic professional to drive activities working closely with a leadership team with a focus on Operations, Finance & HR.
Role & responsibilities
Operations
- Manage Office assets and consumables
- Manage shipping and tracking of Goodies and consumables for end-users and Colleges
- Own the Administrative expenses - travel booking, employee expenses
- Provide support in the New employees / Trainer / Vendor onboarding process
- Support all the miscellaneous activities at the office
Finance
- Handle administration budget and build corporate MIS monthly.
- Manage and process all vendor payments, rent, salary payments, etc
Other operational work
- Provide general operational support across various departments as needed, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance / HR or similar roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, drive, and self-motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
