1 - 3 Yrs experience in marketing / operations profile, ideally in the events business or in a marketing role with any organisation.

Core Competencies:

· Should be well groomed, presentable & must be innovative, flexible to changes.

· With good analytical and creative skills.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Ability to use email, Internet applications, MS Windows operating system, MS Office Package.

· Ability to prioritise and plan workload efficiently, with a thorough and meticulous approach.

· Experience in event management is bonus.

· Have an eye for detail

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of an event, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors for services like catering, audiovisual equipment, and entertainment.
  • Staffing: Schedule, manage, and delegate tasks to event staff and volunteers.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor operational costs and ensure adherence to event budgets.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all event operations meet safety and health regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: React quickly to and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
  • Venue Management: Maintain venue facilities, coordinate repairs, and ensure the space is ready for use.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Oversee the creation of post-event reports, assessing success and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
